Baby Shower Favors

28 Apr

The ladies at work threw me the most adorable baby shower in the history of baby showers! I was so overwhelmed with the love and support they each showed me. I just knew I had to have something to say thank you to them. I was on a hunt to find the perfect baby shower favors, or thank you gifts. I may not have found something that symbolized the significance of the way they touch me, but I hope this small favor showed even the slightest gratitude.
I went to a local party outlet and found these cute little 3 ounce metal buckets on sale (20 for $10). This party outlet store had an aisle dedicated to baby showers. There I found Hershey’s kisses (pink foil, and the pull tag things say “it’s a girl!”), and party mints (in wrappers that say “it’s a girl!”). In the bottom of the bucket I ended up putting a tee-light pink (strawberry) candle (basically to take up more room cause the candy was expensive) and then in tulle i wrapped the candy and sat it on top. I used my vinyl machine to create the saying around the outside of the buckets, and printed “thank you” tags to tie on top.
Here’s the finished product:

    Hi,

The idea of wrapping the chocolates in bucket is very unique and eye-catching. The pink colour used in this wrapper makes it more attractive. Thanks for this wonderful post
