Bunny Tails Cookie Recipe

1 Apr

My Bunny Tails baggie topper was such a hit, we decided to try it with another recipe that also resembled bunny tails. However, this Bunny Tails cookie recipe is far easier- because we used a packaged mix!
What we used:
1 packaged mix for Sugar Cookies
Powdered Sugar
Shredded Coconut

We followed directions on a Sugar Cookie packaged mix for cut out sugar cookies. Instead of using cookie cutters, we made small balls and baked them according to directions. Once removed from oven, let them cool completely. We mixed powdered sugar with water to create a frosting paste. Roll the cookies in the frosting and then cover in shredded coconut. These cookies are not only deliciously sweet, but they resemble bunny tails more than my previous recipe.
