1 box Rice A Roni- Chicken Flavor (I actually only used half the box, mostly because I was craving me some Rice A Roni by itself.)
1 tsp Lemon Herb
1- 12.5 oz can chicken breast
1 cup mayo
I made the Rice A Roni according to the box directions. Once it was done, I ate some. Haha. I left a little more than half for the sandwich recipe. Let it cool in the fridge while you work on the rest. I drained the can of chicken breast, and mixed it in a bowl with the mayo and lemon herb. Then added the Rice A Roni. Let it cool completely before you make a sandwich. It is much better chilled. The original source eats hers using King’s Hawaiian Bread- which is of course as good as it sounds- but I’ve also eaten this on normal loaf of bread and it is still divine! Every time I make this, it is gone in a flash! And every one who has tried it, loves it. It’s super easy and very delicious!!!
