My First Time At Disneyland Temporary Tattoos

19 Oct

This summer my dad and I took my kids to Disneyland while we were in town for a wedding. Yes, we are crazy taking a 3 year old, 1 year old and 1 month old to Disneyland, during summer. Yes, we still had a blast despite summer crowds and infant nap and feeding schedules! I was supposed to have made matching t-shirts for my kids for their big experience. My amazingly talented brother even designed the image for me…
My First Time At DisneylandI mean honestly, my brother (BJ Griffin) is so talented and creative. The night before we left I told him a couple ideas of what I was thinking and he whipped this up in a couple hours. Half way through printing this design on iron-on material, my printer ran out of ink. I was SO sad! I couldn’t let my brother’s design go to waste so when I received printable temporary tattoo paper in the mail from Silhouette (as part of my contributing post for Somewhat Simple) I knew it was time to get printer ink and get back to work. Printable temporary tattoos are so easy to make! I printed it on my home printer then ran it through my silhouette to make a customizable kids tattoo. You could do this as swag at birthday parties, summer camps, or special vacations.

It applies to your skin the same way as temporary tattoos that you buy at the store, and it washes off with soap and water. What a fun way to have completed our special experience.

Are you planning a special trip to Disneyland for the first time? My brother has given me permission to sell his image on temporary tattoos to my readers! I have very limited quantity of these tattoos, they measure about 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch and they are $2.50 a piece (that price includes shipping). Please comment below or email me at for more details or to order.
