Paprika And Garlic Pork Chop Recipe

I found another recipe that rivals my favorite pork chop recipe. This Paprika and Garlic Pork Chop recipe is a new favorite in our house and is very simple to make, on the table in 15 minutes! Use your oven broiler or the outside grill, these pork chops are as juicy as they look!
Paprika And Garlic Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of butter, divided and softened
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika, divided
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
4 pork chops

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of softened butter, brown sugar, 1/2 tsp paprika, salt and pepper; set aside.
In a second bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter, garlic, and 1/2 tsp paprika.
Spread butter/garlic mixture from second bowl over both sides of pork chops.
Line a broil pan with foil, line pork chops on foil.
Broil for 4 minutes each side or until done.
Spoon first bowl of  butter mixture atop hot pork chops.
Dish and serve.
