5 May

Easter has come and gone, and all that candy has gone on sale at our local stores. So, what do you do with the left over peeps? Make peepshi! (Like sushi, but it’s not fish!).Β This idea actually came from my husband. I have to give credit where it is due. I came home from a trip to visit family and he had made me this surprise! He is so cute πŸ™‚ I am a little jealous I was not there for the process though, because thisΒ Peepshi idea is too fun!

Supplies Needed:
Rice Krispie Treats
Swedish Fish
Fruit By The Foot
Using the rice Krispie as the “rice:, cut your peep (or use the Swedish fish) to fit Krispie square, and wrap tight with Fruit Roll Up!

It was so fun. And actually tastes good! This would be really cute for parties, or just as an activity for kids this summer.

That is so cute!! And if you decide you don’t like it, you could set it out on the bird feeder. Imagine how the birdies would be attracted to all that color. For me, this is the absolutely best kind of ‘sushi.’ πŸ™‚
