Who hasn’t been to The Cheesecake Factory? (That’s a sincere question)…. I have to say, I’ve only been a handful of times in my life but every time I go I order the Avocado Egg Rolls appetizer. It is a must order for me. No exceptions! You won’t understand how accurate this recipe is until you try it! Forgive our burnt ones, we forgot to turn the oil to medium. We were too excited to start frying.TCF Avocado Eggrolls RecipeThe only beef I have with this recipe is that it calls for some pretty random ingredients that you are unlikely to ever use again outside this recipe. I hate those kinds of recipes. However, it tastes so gosh darn good that by the time I swallowed my first bite, my anger for the random ingredients had miraculously vanished!

    I love these and can’t wait to try them! I think the dipping sauce is missing some ingredients – the directions speak of tamarind and saffron and “oils” that I don’t see listed.

    Yes the original recipe calls for Tamarind and Saffron that we left out because they were just TOO pricey to buy for this ONE recipe. You’ll be surprised how accurate it is without them!

    I don’t think we left out any oils…
